Project title: “Strengthening sustainable growth and CSR competitiveness through the development of technical, industrial and organisational capacities”.
The project will be implemented at the company’s premises located in Campina, 46 Nicolae Bălcescu Boulevard, Buildings C1 and C2, Prahova, Romania, through a grant awarded under the South-Muntenia Regional Programme 2021–2027, Investment Priority 1 – “A competitive region through innovation, digitalisation and dynamic enterprises”, Specific Objective 1.3. – “Boosting sustainable growth and increasing the competitiveness of SMEs and creating jobs within SMEs, including through productive investments (ERDF)”, Operation: Supporting micro-enterprises and SMEs through investment in tangible and intangible assets, in activities specific to the circular economy (e.g. revaluation of raw materials, materials and products, recovery of waste and own by-products through industrial symbiosis, etc.), internationalisation (e.g. access to services for entering international markets/the Single Market to identify business opportunities and partners, and the provision of specialised assistance regarding standards and regulations; participation in international trade fairs and exhibitions; investments to adapt technological production processes to certification and standardisation systems specific to export markets, etc.), certification and approval of products and services, with a view to technological upgrading, which will lead to the improvement of technical, industrial and organisational capacities for the development of products and services
Project objective: The overall objective of the project is to achieve sustainable growth and enhance the competitiveness of SC CENTRUL PENTRU SERVICII DE RADIOCOMUNICAȚII SRL by establishing a new production facility for communications equipment in the South Muntenia region, and by ensuring the sustainable development of industrial and organisational capacity, internationalisation and certification, access to know-how and the implementation of new business models. This project will involve an initial investment that will ensure the company’s increased competitiveness through the conversion of existing buildings into a production hall, the acquisition of specific equipment and state-of-the-art facilities in the field, by utilising internationalisation tools, through the certification/recertification of products/processes, through the certification of management systems, and by enhancing production capacities with access to highly specialised know-how for the development and implementation of new business models, in the municipality of Câmpina, at the project’s implementation site. In line with the Integrated Development Strategy for the South Muntenia Region (RSM), the project contributes to the overall objective of the South Muntenia Regional Programme (PRSM), namely the smart, sustainable and balanced economic growth of the region. The general objective of the project ensures the achievement of Specific Objective RSO 1.3, Operation B, by supporting the company’s sustainable growth.
The specific objectives of the project
Objective 1 To develop the industrial capacity of SC CENTRUL PENTRU SERVICII DE RADIOCOMUNICAȚII SRL by establishing a new production facility for communications equipment in the municipality of Câmpina ( ) through the refurbishment of existing buildings, the construction of new facilities, and the installation of state-of-the-art equipment, over a period of 36 months. The construction works will be carried out in compliance with the latest EU requirements on green investments, using green, non-polluting energy for production activities. The new production capacity will utilise integrated automation systems at all stages of the production process.
Objective 2 Increasing the competitiveness of SC CENTRUL PENTRU SERVICII DE RADIOCOMUNICAȚII SRL through the certification of at least 5 management systems, through the certification/recertification/approval of at least one process/product, by carrying out at least one activity specific to internationalisation, as well as through digitalisation activities at the management and production process level, over a period of 36 months.
Objective 3 To increase turnover by at least 10% compared to the level recorded in the last financial year ending prior to the submission of the funding application, due to the development of activities in the communications equipment production unit

The total value of the funding contract is €6,688,694.45, of which the EU co-financing amount is €2,496,586.82, funded from the European Regional Development Fund , and the amount from the national budget is 440,574.14 euros.
The project duration is 36 months (27 February 2026 – 31 January 2029).
