General objective:
The overall objective of the project is to increase the sustainable growth and competitiveness of SC CENTRUL PENTRU SERVICII DE RADIOCOMUNICAȚII SRL by creating a new communications equipment production unit in the South Muntenia region, developing sustainable industrial and organizational capacity, internationalization and certification, access to know-how and the implementation of new business models. This project will involve an initial investment that will ensure the company’s increased competitiveness through the conversion of existing buildings in the production hall, the purchase of specific equipment and state-of-the-art facilities in the field, access to internationalisation tools, certification/recertification of products/processes, certification of management systems, enhancement of production capacities with access to highly specialised know-how for the development and implementation of new business models in the municipality of Câmpina, where the project is being implemented. In line with the Integrated Development Strategy for the South Muntenia Region (RSM), the project contributes to the overall objective of the South Muntenia Regional Program (PRSM), namely the smart, sustainable, and balanced economic growth of the territory. The overall objective of the project ensures the achievement of Specific Objective RSO 1.3. Operation B, by supporting the sustainable growth of the company.
Specific objectives:
Objective 1 Developing the industrial capacity of SC CENTRUL PENTRU SERVICII DE RADIOCOMUNICAȚII SRL by creating a new communications equipment production unit in the municipality of Câmpina, through the conversion of existing buildings, the construction of a new building, and equipping them with high-performance equipment, within a period of 36 months. The construction work will be carried out in compliance with the latest EU conditions on green investments, using green, non-polluting energy for production. The new production capacity will use integrated automation systems at all stages of the production process.
Objective 2 Increasing the competitiveness of SC CENTRUL PENTRU SERVICII DE RADIOCOMUNICAȚII SRL by certifying at least 5 management systems, by certifying/recertifying/approving at least one process/product, by carrying out at least one specific internationalisation activity, as well as through digitisation activities at the management and production process level, within a period of 36 months.
Objective 3 Increase in turnover compared to the level recorded in the last fiscal year ended before the submission of the funding application by at least 10% due to the development of the activity in the communications equipment production unit.
Purpose of the project and its expected or actual achievements: by achieving its specific objectives, the project contributes to the fulfilment of the General Objective of the SUD-MUNTENIA PR SM 2021-2027 Regional Programme, namely to stimulate smart, sustainable and balanced economic growth to ensure the sustainable development of the region.
